We need your help to make these programs successful! Both River Vale and Hillsdale soccer programs are run soley by volunteers. Our coaches are parent volunteers without whom we are unable to run a program’s as successfully as we’ve done for years. It’s a great way to get involved in the town while spending time with your children and getting to know their friends.

We are very low on volunteers (coaches & assistant coaches). To become a coach, you simply need to offer a small amount of your time weekly in the Fall and complete a few short & easy courses. You can learn more about what it takes by visiting the Coaches Corner page. You’ll need complete 3 requirements* and also register as a coach:

1. Fingerprinting and criminal background check (valid for 3 years)

2. Rutgers S.A.F.E.T.Y. training (good for life)

3. Concussion training (completed, then reviewed annually)

hese certifications allow you to be on the field with your child’s team. Your certifications will last through your child's participation up through 9th Grade. Without these 3 requirements, you are not able to be on the field with your child or assist your child’s team.

Questions? Contact coaches@hillsdalesoccer.com

*Additional requirements (lightning certification and COVID-19 hold harmless agreements are completed during the registration process.

This was a very engaging and insightful post that I genuinely enjoyed reading. The author explained the topic in a simple and practical way, making it easy for students to understand and relate to. As a university student, I often explore educational blogs like this to improve my knowledge and stay motivated. During busy academic periods, I also came across Assignment Help UK, which provides useful academic resources for students managing coursework and deadlines. Posts like this encourage continuous learning and help students approach their studies with greater confidence.

The part calling for new coaches really stood out to me, especially the emphasis on building a stronger local program by getting more volunteers involved rather than relying on a small core group every season. It feels like the article is trying to highlight how much grassroots sports depend on community participation, not just players on the field but also the people willing to guide and organize things behind the scenes. I also found myself wondering what kind of support or onboarding new coaches actually receive when they step in, since that seems like it would make a big difference in keeping them involved long term. In a broader sense, it’s interesting how structured preparation shows up in so many…

What an inspiring call to action! Volunteering as a coach might seem like a big commitment at first, but just like breaking down a complex academic project into clear steps, once you see it laid out — fingerprinting, a safety course, and concussion training — it becomes completely manageable. I actually think about this a lot when helping students tackle overwhelming tasks, like choosing between dozens of Finance Dissertation Topics the trick is always to start with a simple framework and build confidence from there. That's exactly what Hillsdale Soccer Association has done here — made volunteering feel accessible rather than intimidating. New Assignment Help UK always emphasizes that showing up consistently, even in small ways, creates a massive long-term…

What a great reminder of how much community sports depend on everyday parents stepping up! As someone who juggles a full schedule, I totally get why volunteering feels daunting at first — but breaking it down into just three manageable certifications makes it so approachable. It actually reminds me of how New Assignment Help UK always encourages students to look at university assignment samples before tackling a big project — once you see the steps laid out clearly, the whole thing feels far less overwhelming. Coaching your child's team is exactly that kind of rewarding commitment where the effort is small but the impact is huge. If you've been on the fence, this post is your sign to reach out…
